Last night, I ended my evening with warm organic miso stock last night to help put my digestion to bed. I slept really well and felt refreshed when I woke up. Day one was great and I was not hungry at all. I had a juice every 2-3 hours and lots of lemon water throughout the day.
This morning I woke up and had 16 oz of water with fresh squeezes of lemon and lime. Then I made a breakfast juice filled with the ingredients you see in the picture above. After dropping kiddo at school I went to my regular yoga class and had an amazing experience. I felt so light, present and practically buzzing in my skin. Towards the end of the class I did find myself thinking about my next juice. Luckily there was a fresh organic juice bar within walking distance of the yoga studio. That’s where I am right now. Sipping on my Dr. Oz juice filled with ginger, lime, spinach, carrot and cucumber, it’s orange. This morning my juice was a bright red. For me, a variety of color in juicing is important not only for the variety of the nutrition I am drinking, but I am also aesthetically motivated and color is something that motivates me to create.
I will probably have a ginger kombucha in an hour and then another juice when I get home this afternoon. The best thing I did last night was get out of the kitchen early in the evening. After cleaning after dinner and prepping food for kiddo I was up in my bedroom, reading, meditating and getting to bed early.
Let’s see how the rest of this day goes
.
Are you thinking of juicing?
